Mend Samsung G600 Turn Off Sounds

How can I turn off the keypad sounds on my samsung G600?

I've gone into all possible options in the phone's menu and can't find a way of keeping the incoming call volume but switching off the keypad tones which beep incessantly when you write a text.

haha! seconds after posting that, I found out how to do it! You just press the button on the side that changes the volume. Then it goes. :) You've probably already done it, but I hope this helps.
