The only CLARION radios that could possibly be decoded on these free Help Boards are the ones with BARCODES on the casing. If your has any barcodes, then please ask another question quoting ALL the NUMBERS (including these barcodes).
If not, the you will have to pay one of the "professionals" on Ebay or via Google...
