Canon Imagerunner 5570 e000841-0001 - how to fix?
We tried powering off & on, changed leaky toner, removed paper jams. What is next?

Well this is an odd one. The code E841 means there is a fault in the conection to the fixing inlet guide solinoid. If you pull out the main unit you have the fixing unit (hot bit) on the left. There is a guide just at its inlet. This guide moves up an down and the soloniod is what moves it. Check the wiring. The fault can also be caused by poor conection of the main unit to the machine. As you slide the unit in it makes contact to some plugs in the back. Check these for paper fragments. Good luck
