Hi I've got the td714 and cannot play dvds with the blue warning screen.
which is a bugger cause i wanted it for the nipper when he's sat in the front. I cant even use it when I'm parked up with the handbrake on and engine off.

I understand that you have to connect the pink to ground but what do i use to do this??? Crocodile clips?? Please help

Does anyone know why I can't pick up any sats with my xtrons 710G. It recognizes the receiver but no sats. also on the map screen i only have one bar on the sats. Do i need to hook up a wire somewhere?

keep getting blue screen saying caution do not watch while driving, press screen and it goes off then 10 sec later comes back on it how do i fix it

connect the reverse lead straight to the 12v lead and it will work without the blank screen its a safety thing

Hi

I bought the D708 but when i connect the yellow wire it blows the fuse, any ideas anybody?? changed the car fuse & the fuse in the iso block but both got blown again when i tried to connect yellow wire again.

The blue wire is the remote wire. It conects to an external amplifier if you have one. It basically turns the amp off when the cd player is off so the amp doesn't overheat etc...

I cant get my sat nav to work on my xtron d4303, a message appears that my SD card is unavailable, i have taken it out and re-inserted it but still the same message. Can you please tell me how to get this working. Thanks

im thinking of buying a new dvd player has anyone had an xtron D4303 4.3" car dvd...are they any good? + on my old dvd player i connected the handbrake wire to the ground on the antenna cable and it worked fine on the move.

hi i have just received the xtron dvd player i purchased off ebay. im having a few problems when wiring the system up. i have 2 wires. the red the a label of (ACC) on the wire and the blue with a label of (BACK) on the wire. both of which i am unsure of where they are to be wired to. please could someone help me.

Touchscreen calibration for Xtrons 7" touchscreen device w GPS: Go to navi application, get to the main menu, and exit the application. You will get to general "Console" menu w two icons on left side, lowest of which shows wrench=settings. Press that one, you will get several choices in the middle of screen for general system settings. Page through them - you'll find both screen positioning & touchscreen calibration there, along w other options.

hey...which one of the xtrons dvd player you bought, you got the link or the picture, there should be one cable label BRAKE cable, if you connect the brake cable to the ground, then you can watch the DVD on your move, but for safely reason, that cable is suggeste to connect to your handbrake, so when your handbrake is on then you can watch the movie. will this help

hi
if you have conected all the wires to the correct places it should work but only when the car is parked. if not connect the green and white break wire to the pink reverse wire this will sort out the problem. but doing this will let you have video while driving. don't forget this is very illegal so turn the monitor off if the kids are watching a dvd in the back.
