release hydralic pressure by bleed screw or loosen hard line.reverse road wheel ie bolt it on the drum facing the wrong way.this will give much more leverage.grab tyre and lever side to side .fluid should come out and wrenching hopefully will compress the shoes.last chance if fails above,look behind drum backplate .either side of center clock possition 3:15 there are two 5-6mm heads for the shoe hold down pins.lever one or both back enough to hacksaw head of pins are cheap.either way if all else fail u need to buy a slidehammer and wreck them off
