Sorry I should have said Lexmark appears to have withdrawn support for some printers because they only had pre-W2K drivers. (They stopped supporting older OSes when Microsoft stabilised them.) If your printer isn't there (it must be quite old) try emailing them. I did but all I go back was a standard email saying go away - so you may need to be persistent.
