How can i fix my horn on ford fiesta 1996?

Hi Debra, it might be worth a look at the connection to the horn it self it's mounted under the front bumper left side (passenger) the terminal might be dirty or fallen off! and the fuse is number 5 inside the car and number 39 in the fuse box under the bonnet

It may just be a fuse. try and locate the fuse box in the car, normally underneath the dash, and locate the fuse for the horn, (should be illustrated on the fuse box cover), and check it, if blown just replace, as for the airbag/steering wheel dont try to pry open the cover of the steering wheel as it will definitly deploy the airbag and could cause serious injury.
