Hi kev, have you got anything else you can try in the power point? like a phone charger? or the cigarette lighter? if they work then it's likely to be either the lead or the road angel! there is often a fuse in the end of the plug that goes into the power point, it will unscrew and normally they are glass fuses so you will be able to see if it's blown
