setting up pump pressure?

ok Luke, you say 12 bar pressure, I assume the fuel is gasoil (not kerosene, as this is 8 bar setting)

you will need a pump pressure gauge, and attach it to the pressure port of the pump (lower 15mm nut on front of pump), the adjusting screw is above it.

But you will also need a smoke pump and fga to finish the job, you cannot assume the air setting is correct as this is what it says in the manual! these things have to be checked, or you could be leaving behind you a boiler that will either soot up again in a few weeks time, or will be producing large ammounts of CO (as a gas man you know what that means!)

to be honest, you should go do the Oftec course on pressure jet burners if you are goin near them, again as a gasman (assume corgi!) you know the importance of this, otherwise you are leaving yourself wide open.......your choice!
