how to build a good $500 pc computer?

what are the tools and parts that I need to build a good fast pc computer for Gaming,watching videos,and downloading files

For this spec I would suggest, around 512mb ram minimum / 128mb graphics card / 2ghz or above processor and around 80gb hdd

graphics card - 50 pounds
processor - 55 pounds
ram - 80 pounds
hdd - 45 pounds

these are minimum prices you can look on ebay for cheaper. i could build a pc like this with ease no probs, for downloading files it's your connection speed not the pc. for games / graphics you online need a decent graphics card and decoders with suitable processor and 512mb ram minimum
