I Had the same problem I sorted it out you must be using the wrong frequency at the start screen when you go to installation change your frequency it will be one of three try all of them untill it finds your channels these are the three 6,952 or 6,875 0r 6,887 this should sort your problem.

i have a eurobox with harddrive and software already on but wen i search for channels it finds thm thn lets me watch freeview channels but ones like skysports ones says scrambled channels and do not come on can anyone help me with this problem thanks
