How do I remove the dash panel on my 2002 Citroen C5 ?

Just look at the panel and you will notice there are 2 indication mark (a dot)at the lower part of the panel cover, both left and right side. Then insert a small flat screw driver under the plastic cover below the indication mark. This will disengage the locking mechanism and the panel will pop out, lift the panel from the bottom side and you can remove the dash panel out from the dash board.You also need to unplug the wire harness behind the panel.
