whats wrong with my servis 1100 washing machione?

Sounds like a typical Servis fault with machines a couple of years old

Main Bearings have gone

To confirm open door of machine
Put hand inside onto front lip of inner drum
try to lift the inner drum upwards (it usually moves)
You can also unplug machine, remove the lid and drive belt to check by rocking the large pully on the back of the machine.
Most servis machines have a plate that can be removed at the rear if you remove that and there is signs of water/rust underneath the main bearing that will also be a very good sign.

A less common one is that one of the counterweights (large blocks of concrete) have come loose (they are bolted onto the drum)
