What does the display say? (Are you sure it isn`t locked ?...if it is then it will have to be unlocked ) Are you following the Entry instructions and getting the relevant responses?(You should get a "beep" just after the correct switch on BEFORE code entry ...and a BEEP if the code entry was successful ) If not then it looks as though the radio has been recoded as I still calculate it to 8539. You could try 0539 ...if not try 3489...If not try 8610....but I still reckon it should be 8539 as I don`t think the last 2 are calculations for your model...

last code didnt work.The model no of radio is 7 641 120 510 the car is vw golf but stereo is not factory fitted.Please help thanks.
have put code in but how do i get radio to accept it

Try 8539 If this does not work please quote the player MODEL NUMBER (begins 7 *** *** *** ) and also the car MAKE + MODEL...Please post back here whether successful or not
