do you mean the key card ,and the lock button function is not working ,if so you will need to buy a new key card and have the new card reprogrammed to the vehicle , the key cards are around ,approx £ 80 -90 ,the you have to pay to have the reprogramming done ,which is around ,approx £30-40 ,or have you got a spare key card if you have use that one untill you buy the new card ,also the new card will take up to 10 day to arrive from when you order the new card, also i think you can only buy the cards from renault dealers at the parts department,and they ,will ask for your chassi number for the vehicle,hope this helps .
