code wrong?

Hi Jodie, I rechecked the code and for the serial number you gave M127541 it gives 5003 did you look at the site I gave for code entry if this still doesn't work it means that at some time the radio has been re-coded and you will need to do the same which will mean a specialist radio repair shop
