code didnt work?

Hi Jodie, I've just re-checked the code and based on the serial number you gave M127541 it comes out with 5003 did you have a look at that site for code entry? if it still doesn't work it means that at some time the radio has been recoded and will need recoding by an specialist radio repair shop
