Mend Howdens APM6855 Fridge Compartment Works

APM6855 (don't know mfr) from Howdens - fridge compartment on H?

50:50 Fridge Freezer - Freezer works fine but fridge seems to have stopped cooling and stays at "H" - High ie. above 9 degrees. Anyone know what is causing this or how to sort it?

I have only had a howdens fridge six months and every few days the fridge part goes off (light stays on) and warms everything up, then magically it starts working again about 3 days later. Its a pain.

I had the same problem, turn the fridge/freezer off at the socket, and leave overnight, should be ok. I've been told the pipes at the back get iced up. Then should be ok for a few months and it will do it again, may be best to start looking for a new f/f.
