Mend MX Mini 47cc Pull Start Brand

how to fix this issue?

i have a 47cc mx mini dirtbike, nd everytime i pull start it...it doesnt start, its a brand new bike...also wen i pull start my bike i dont want to break the rope wut should i do

Check that fuel is reaching the carburettor, and that the choke mechanism is working...after that, take the spark plug out, lay it on the cylinder head and check that it sparks when you pull the starter rope.
