replace cyilinder head?

Hi David, get yourself a haynes type manual local library might have one or be able to get one for you, when you have removed the cylinder head you will have to take it to an engineeering machine shop to have new valve guides & valve seats machined into the head that is if the head is not badly dammaged otherwise you will be looking at a new head!! plus you will find out if there has been any damage to the pistons/bore if there is you might be better off getting an exchange engine from a dealer!!
