Mend Nardi Good Top Dishwasher

what is a good metal to metal adhesive?

One of the sliding rails which carry the top shelf of my Nardi dishwasher has become detatached. Previously, it was spot welded to the side wall of the diswasher but, the spot welds have failed. Is there a metal to metal adhesive which anyone can recommend. The rail and the side wall are stainless steel.Thanks.
