A: You can not use this product on an 02 Laguna.
Renault put a high side port on the low side of the air con on Laguna's from 2000 onwards.
This relates to the EZ Chill product, and is found on the Halfords website.

Had the same problem . I couldnt find the second valve .Renault wanted £ 106 for check+ charge.So nipped in and asked a mechanic in workshop( same dealer ) and he said there is only 1 valve on Laguna ( mine 02 plate .1.8 16 v).It is located on n/s under plastic cover with black dust cap .Just charge from there .Not had a go yet but sounds straight foward .....Hope this helps.....
