Mend Mountfield SP470 Mower Repair Handle

How can I fix my Mountfield SP470?

The mower handle on my Mountfield SP470 has sheared off on one side, just above the bolts attaching it to the mower. I now need a spare lower section of the two part handle. Where can I get one from?
