Need help to repair my Mountfield SP480 lawnmower?
The petrol mower starts OK, but has started to struggle with cutting the grass, and eventually the engine cuts out. The motor runs OK whilst its lifted up, and there is no resistence to the grass cutting.
Give the air filter a good clean if you haven't already, and check spark plug?

Got the same problem with mine - left it out over the winter months - I have been told that i need to clean the carburator and change olil / fuel / spark plug - going to do this weekend - call me on 07786684159 and i will tell you if it worked
