For some reason my phone is not reading my memory card when inserted..it says there is no memory card..
There is nothin wrong with the memory card as ive tried it in another phone and it works fine.. so it must be my phone.. ive done a master reset..ive updated the softwear off the website, but nothin has worked..can any1 help? as i bought the phone off ebay i cant exactly send it to sony for repair as they want proof of purchase.. so not sure what to do? Help..

I had this problem with a W350i. I took Dirk's advice and took the memory card out while it was on, turned it off and placed the memory card back in and turned the phone back on again, it suddenly can see it again!

nothing work for me, so am going to try dismantly the phone an see......i take it to a phone repair shop an they told me its a firmware problem, i update the latest version an nothing

I have tried everything i even went out and bought a new memory card today becuz i thought it was the card but it isn't the card. i tried turning the phone off, and re-insurting the card but that did not work, even tried it over 4 times now. if there is anyone out there that could help, please could you help??

I had the same problem, and tried all the stuff you stated here but to no avail. I decided to dismantle the phone using a screwdriver bought off ebay for £1.99 (T3) and instructions how to dismantle the phone http://www.formymobile.co.uk/Dismantle/k850idisassembly.htm once you have split the casing gently press down the pins that make contact with the M2 card after reassembly it worked well.

I had the same problem. This is how I solved it: when you're phone is ON, take out the memory card. Turn your phone OFF. Put in your memory card. Turn your phone ON.
