Mend Door Heat Close

My uPVC door will not close...swollen from heat?

Due to the weather had my uPVC single door open, i have tried to close and the heat has made it swell. I can just about close it, but can't lift the handle to lock. Help!

there are adjuster screws on door frame. you need an allan key and a bit of patience. just give allan key a quarter turn in one direction at a time and keep trying door till it closes and locks. I had same problem and played around with it for a while and hey presto it worked.
ps i'm a 62 year old woman.

a quick fix to get it locked,use hose pipe or bucket of water and spay or throw bucket of water on door to cool down then should be able to lock it,you will need door adjusting to fix this prob as it will happen every time its hot,hope this helps
