Mend Sony Ericsson W910i Working Phone

How can I fix my Sony Ericsson W910i?

My Sony Ericsson W910i is working, everything that is, but the only problem is that when I make phone calls or when people call me, I can hear them when they're talking to me, but they can't hear me at all.

They can't hear a single thing I'm saying!!!

How can I fix it?
