Ironically, I am working on my Thetford C2 toilet. The fuse in mine is a 3 amp small glass cylinder style that I found at Radio Shack. The instruction manual, however, shows it as a two-prong automotive fuse. At any rate, to get to it, remove the waste tank and on the middle left of the underside of the upper portion of the remaining top part of the toilet is a switch cover (# 29 in the Thetford diagram) which must be turned 1/4 turn to the right in order to see the small black circular fuse cover. Unscrew the cover and the fuse comes out with it.
I replaced my fuse and the toilet still won't pump, so I'm trying to narrow it down from the pump motor, switch or wiring to either one.
