first of all dont listen to that douche...a rotor is soooooooooooooo easy to change it you have the tools ok ready
the tools you will need...
1. a set of allen wrenches (some of the larger ones)
2. a jack and two jack stands for safety
3. a lug wrench
4. a small chair or milk crate (to sit on)
ok here we go remove your weel and get it out of the way for safety...
next you will se your rotor with a clamp on the side (your brakes
on the back of the brake knuckle you will see two allen heads unscrew them i dont think they come all the way out but im sure you unscrew them for awile then pull and they should come out a little...
pull the knuckle off
remove your rotor
replace with new rotor
and if your not toooooo cheap change the brake pads
and here comes the tricky part
now read this very closly
grab the knuckle there will be a pad circle pad on the inside that pushes your brakes compress as much as you can it should be flush with the carrier replace your brake pads and put on and line up your knuckle
you have to do it fairly quickly because it wont stay compressed forever
replace your weel
