how can i fix my samsung er5100 cash till?

my hotel had a power cut and when power came back on the till says pp on the screen and has frozen i have tried turning the power off and leaving for 30 mins the power on again and still pp on the screen can anyone help me with this problem

Hi. It is a printer problem. Make sure there is plenty of paper in the machine, and check to see if the printer is jammed for some reason (object stuck in it, or paper/ ribbon jam). Then try an initial reset.

Turn key to P mode.
Turn off at wall.
Hold SUBTOTAL while turning power on at wall.
Machine should print a confirmation.
