why is the heater control on my espace flashing but not working?

hi mark i just been had a look at my dash its got 2 rows with 3 buttons on top and 3 buttons on bottom which buttons did u mean

if i remeber you have the ignition of, then you pres and hold the middle row ,the two outer buttons , and switch the ignition on ,and hold for at least 20 seconds,if not succesful ,try again, its very tricky,or theres possable fault the the panel.
