How can i set the time for my Accurist MB031 Watch?

I am wondering if you can help me to fix the time on my Accurist MB031 Watch. Thank You

Accurist Accurist MB031 Clocks and Watches, Wrist Watches Watch Time Wrist Watch

this might not work but hold down mode untill alarm starts flashing then hold it down again until the time starts flashing then set it with the other buttons
