How can I use the zone function on our Gardtec 300 series alarm?

I would like to set our alarm with the 'zone' in our kitchen de-activated (lost manual for our Gardtec 300 many moons ago...). Is it a matter of inputing zones 1,2,3 etc before the code to see/hear if the appropriate zone de-activates? Any advice would be gratefully received.

the power light is flashing and I have no manual to help me is there any way to get a manual and have you any idea of this problem

Hi Don,
You will need the engineer code! If you have it, enter the programming and you have to select the desired zone to be a part set zone, so this gets excluded when you part set it.
If you have not got the engineer code then thats another story.
