How can i open renault laguna key card?

i had exactly the same problem as yourself. i found that the solder joints to the open button inside the key card had cracked. i took it apart, resoldered the joints (not the easiest due tot he size of the joints, put it back together, with superglue......as good as new now.....hope this helps....

you might end up buying anew key card anyway ,and you will ,need to have the new key card reprogrammed to the vehicle,also there is up to 10 days wait for the key to arrive when you order anew key,so if you do want look inside the card its up to you. and if after that the card dont work at all ,if you want to lock the car if the card dont work,you close all the doors then go through the back door and press the central locking button to lock the car and then close the rear door and then the car should be locked but before you do that try you key blade in the passenger door lock first to see if it works.
