Hi my ferroli combi is incredibly noisy i have it down to the mounting bushes on the small fan which is on the front of the large fan unit, does it require a full fan replacement or can i just get new bushes? also my pilot doesn't reignite-no spark but once i've lit it there are no probs but just read another question and the answer mentioned an overheat prob causing no spark now i'm wondering do i have other issues too.
Thanks
I had a problem with my 77F boiler about six years ago. The fan making a noise, the plate is loose.
A plumber quoted a price which would have meant a new boiler.
As a last resort I removed the three e clips and replaced the nylon washers. It's run perfectly ever since.

No spark could indicate that the fan is not reaching speed (and not making the asp switch pressure)
You may be able to get bearings somewhere for the fan, but usually it is replaced as a unit (not a cheap unit either!!!)
