Torque settings for renault clio 1.2 1999?

Hi, yes you must use new bolts,
1) first tighten to 30Nm then
2) +80 +/-4deg then
3) wait 3 minutes then
4)slacken off bolts 1&2 then re-torque to 25Nm then +213 +/-7deg
5) repeat step (4) for bolts 3&4, 5&6, 7&8, 9&10
the sequence is
8, 4, 1, 5, 9
7, 3, 2, 6, 10,
