My horn ha sstopped working on my Renault Clio Y Reg 1.2?

IS the horn on the wiper stalk or in the centre of the steering wheel , also please check the fuse in the fuse box on the n/s of the dash at the side of the glovebox , also look on the fuse box cover to see which to check,also if you want to check that the horn works it is behind the bumper under the n/s,up above where the fog light is fitted ,[if it has fog lights) .
