Mend Ford Transit Diesel Turbo Repair

Speedo not Working?

I have a Ford transit Van 1998 Turbo Diesel and the speedo reading has stopped working, but all other dials etc... finction okay. Is this a common fault and if so do you have any quick fix ideas?
