Mend Renault Megane 1.4 Interior Lights

how can i fix the interior lights near the footwells staying on when the ca?

just bought an 03 1.4 megane for the other half and the interior lights near the footwells stay on when the car's locked any ideas as she is doing my head in moaning

Renault Renault Megane 1.4 Vehicles, Cars Renault Megane Interior Lights

Check that the flaps covering the storage areas in the footwells are fully shut...the door switches, if they are at fault, live in the lock mechanism, I think.
