starting prob from cold, blue smoke first mile, losing coolant as well.its a estima 2.2 desiel. can anyone help?

Sounds like head gasket needs replacing. Remove oil filler cap and check on it, and cap housing rim, for a dirty creamy slime, which looks like guiness. Any sign of that is def gasket jobby.
