why does the fabric conditioner section of the drawer keep filling with wat?
Bosch WFL2260 -Every programme used the fabric conditioner section of the drawer fills with water & does not take the conditioner into the washing. First thought it was due to using concentrated conditioner so went back to ordinary conditioner & problem still occurs. Have tried cleaning drawer several times, flushing out with water still no success. Do I need a new drawer?
I have had this problem twice on my machine now. I had to completely remove the detergent drawer and then seperate the top/bottom halves and then remove another piece of plastic inside the top part to expose the water channel for the conditioner. Mine had become completely blocked with black gunk, lord only knows how. It was causing the conditioner holder to almost fill up with water but not enough to start it syphoning out into the drum.

Have you completely removed the draw from the washing machine and thoroughly cleaned it?

I get this with my WKF2801 washing machine and have cleaned the black gunk from the tiny water inlet slots and the problem clears - until those inlets are gunked again. I've also cleaned the drawer thoroughly as you have.
