Diagnostic socket, Zafira?

i need to know where the socket is in my vauxhall as the management light keeps staying on, need to check it 2002 plate 2.6 V6

IF IT IS STALLING IT MAY BE THE EGR VALUE THAT NEEDS RENEWING THIS IS FITTED TO THE RIGHTHAND SIDE OF THE ENGINE LOOKING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE CAR ON THE TOP, LOG ON TO THE AUTOVAUX SITE WHERE YOU WILL FIND VAUXHALL PARTS FOR ALL MODELS AT A MUCH CHEAPER PRICE THAN ANY VAUXHALL DEALER. EXAMPLE THE COST OF THE VALVE FROM THE VAUXHALL DEALER TO FIT MY ZAFIRA 2.2 MODEL A WAS ALMOST £180 THAT WAS WITH VAT, FROM AUTOVAUXHALL THE PRICE WAS £98 PLUS P&P TOTALING £105. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP AND SAVE YOU MONEY.

thats right it is under a plastic cover under the handbrake lever.

you should find that under a plastic cover under the handbrake lever. its probly a problem with the stepper motor which is more commonly known as an idle speed control valve. they can sumtimes be cleaned out try that first before commiting yourself to buy 1 hope this helps
