Mend Zanussi TC482W Dryer Condenser

How can I fix by Zanussi Condenser Dryer TC482W?

I have a Zanussi Condenser Tumble Dryer TC482W. It heats up but the clothes are still wet at the end of the cycle. Water is not collected in the tray. Tray is inserted correctly. Help.

i had the same problem.. the belt has gone so doesn't turn the drum..which means no water collected...cost less than £10 for a new belt.. easy to fix i done it myself (female)..be mindfiul of the way the belt loops around the smaller wheels and pully at the bottom..take a few photos on your phone as a reminder..mine is working great.goodluck

remove the condensor and wash it out so you can see through it unobstructed.silver bit above water collection bottle.pull it out hard
