Mend Daewoo Matiz Replace Water Model

if I replace my cam belt should i replace the water pump too?

I have a Daewoo Matiz 1998 model. It's just had a service and a new cam belt has been reccomended. One garage has advised that I have the water pump replaced too. This is an extra £50. Is it worth it?

depends if the cam belt has to come off to remove and change the pump if (yes )you are killing 2 birds at once, but paying labour costs once .what happens if pump not changed at the time of the belt change but fails a couple of months later more labour costs
