The power steering on these is driven by an electric pump that sounds like it has packed in - however it will have a dedicated fuse thats worth checking out. The oil leak could literally be from anywhere - including the gearbox - so you'll have to find out the specific leak area. The high temperature gauge could be either a stuck thermostat, or maybe the cooling fans aren't switching on when they should. Sorry to be so unspecific, but you need to get these things checked out by your local friendly garage sharpish.
