Frontera speedo?

hi have the same problem its a common fault with eairly b models have taken out the clocks which i might add was the quickest time to remove 15mins and a poz 2 screw driver resoldered all that i dare on pcb and seems to be working for how long i dont know ps its a bit fiddly to get the clocks apart to the pcb but worth the effort

I found moving the mileage zero knob in and out sometimes made it work. My speedo on my 1998 frontera also works intermitently, did you find anything out?....any recomendations/help on bits to replace?
