i have trumpion sat nav model number xyw t071100974 the screen has gone blank bought it off ebay no joy whith seller can anyone help, it lights up /charges/beeps when touched/ but no picture on screen ,thanks
I have one trumpion too. It doesn't work and I would like to contact the company to see if there is any kind of warranty.
Could someone provide me with a telephone number or an email address. I tried on the website but there is no way to contact them.

it has happened to my 'ebay trumpion' 3 times now.
Keep charging ie when you have green light, unplug and then charge again. eventually the screen will get brighter and come back to normal.
I suspect cheap battery and I was trying to source one when I came across your post
