Check the overheat stat for the element. From the front, remove the right hand side pannel, then the small rear pannel going across the lower back. when the programmer is calling for heating check the supply to the element from the right of the machine. (I used a volt stick) if there is a live on both terminals then go to the back of the machine and check the stat, it screws into a boss in the bottom of the tank and has two pink wires going to it. remove the wires and check continuity on the stat. if it is O/C unscrew the stat and replace with a new one. Run the machine through a cycle to test it before reassembling. If you cannot understand this then find someone who is qualified to work on electrical equipment. There is a lot of live wiring inside this machine.
