take wheels off, on brake caliper there is a bolt on the top and one on the bottom (probably allen key bolts). undo the bottom one and prize the caliper up wards. push the piston back into the caliper. if you have trouble getting the caliper back on then you probably havnt pushed the piston all the way back in. big grips are best but if you havnt got any put ONE pad back in, put the caliper back in its normal place and get a screw driver. put the screw driver between the brake disc and the pad and apply pressure. that should push it in. if they have sensors on them these need to be replaced as well. put the new pads where the old ones were and refit caliper, job done (remember to pump the brake pedal before driving)
