how do i get limited service of my phone?

If the phone is a samsung you get LIMITED SERVICE for 2 main reasons:
1)the sim card you using is either broken or being disconnected from the network operator.
2) your phone is blocked, barred, blacklisted... you know the meaning.
if 1 change the sim card and all be fine.
if 2 the phone is useless as it will not work in your country.
